SHIIPING AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate of $10 for UPS GROUNDS (3-5 days) and free shipping on order over $60. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

PROCESSING

All orders are packaged and shipped from our U.S. inventory from Monday - Friday between 8AM - 3PM EST. Orders placed before 3PM EST will, most likely, be shipped the same day. During high volume order periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

Unfortunately, we are not able to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Our matcha is ground fresh (typically bimonthly) and dated in a short storage time to maintain highest quality. Therefore, due to integrity purposes, we do not accept returns or exchange of tea.  

In certain cases, where products are damaged through transportation or incorrect items are sent, please contact us at info@getamatcha.com immediately with your issues and we will find the best way possible to resolve it.  Typically we will either issue a refund or offer a credit.


REFUNDS


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
