ICED MATCHA


Step 1. Soften your chasen whisk in hot water
Step 2. Shift 3-4g of matcha into a bowl
Step 3. Add 40 mL of hot water (175 °F) & whisk in “M” motion
Step 4. Add ice and pour the matcha into your glass. Add syrup of choice
Step 5. Stir & enjoy
